Included in the ticket price is a 12" wreath, fresh greens, berries, ribbon, wire, and various decorative items to adorn your wreath. The NYS Youth Council presents the HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL. Kids in grades 6-8 can come o the Nock Gym for some some Halloween fune! Pay at the door $5 for Rec Center Members/ $10 for non-members. Costume contest, games, Dancing, Photo Booth, Food and More. The event is 6-9pm, participants can leave at any time, but no re-entry is allowed. The event is planned, organized and run by members of the Youth Council and Supervised by NYS Staff.
As part of COASTSWEEP Beach Cleanup, volunteers are encouraged to come to Crane Wildlife Refuge on the Crane Estate to help in the statewide effort to keep our coastline clean along the shore in Ipswich, Massachusetts. Trash collected will be measured and analyzed, and the data will be sent to Washington DC to aid the government in creating legislation to minimize trash in our oceans!
Join the Friends of the Lynn Woods on this Trails & Sails walk through to Dungeon Rock to Stone Tower. Lynn Woods Reservation is the second largest municipal park in the greater Boston area. Visitors will have the opportunity to see these sites while walking in a beautiful urban forest, great for first time visitors and others who want to enjoy this historic park. Walk is on wide paths with plenty of room for enjoyment and does not require any previous hiking experience, good for all ages including children.

This is a free event held at Balch Park, Balch Street, Beverly, with a focus on bonding and creating comradery within our community. For grades 5th-8th. Teams of 4 on 4 with a goalie. All equipment will be provided. Games will be held throughout the day. Team assignment and game time provided at close of registration. Each player will receive a free t-shirt. This program allows you to get up close and personal to live beach creatures including crabs, snails, hermit crabs and more. Through hands-on activities, you'll get to explore what makes Plum Island such a unique habitat for many kinds of wildlife.
