Our annual Friends' Spring Book Sale takes place daily at the main library from Saturday, Saturday May 4 through May 11. The sale will be open daily during regular library hours: Mon.-Thurs., 9AM-9PM; Fri. & Sat., 9AM-5PM. Paperbacks are $1, hardcovers $2, and all children's books are .50. Montserrat College of Art Youth STEAM Arts Academy is fun and challenging for students ages 8-11 (Minors) and our older group ages 12-15 (Majors). Daily classes will allow students to experience exciting creative endeavors while being introduced to a variety of techniques and skills.
Students may attend the Youth Arts Academy for a full day (9-11 am, 11:45 - 1:45 pm, 2-4 pm), or choose a morning class, mid-morning class, and/or afternoon class.

The annual Touch-a-Truck Event is a unique, interactive, one-day event held in Beverly Massachusetts during National Public Works Week. This event allows children to see, touch and explore their favorite big trucks and vehicles as well as meet the personnel who protect, serve and build the Beverly community.
Landmark School is hosting a community Electronics Recycling event for friends and neighbors to be able to dispose of their broken or unwanted electronics responsibly. The event is a community service fundraiser so a small fee will be charged for donated electronics. Laptops, cell phones, PCs, stereos, fans, blenders, air conditioners, printers, monitors, small refrigerators, microwaves—anything with a plug! Spread the word.
