Have you always wanted to play D&D? Are you already an avid D&D player? Whether you have been playing for years or are new to the game the library invites you to join our new club. Wondering what to do with your family the day after Thanksgiving? Game Night at the Castle, of course! Join us for a night of tabletop gaming in the Great Hall! We will have gamer favorites such as: Dixit, Risk, Fluxx, Munchkin, Chess (Lord of the Rings Edition), We Didn't Playtest This At All, Apples to Apples, Settlers of Catan and The Oregon Trail Card Game.
And, we'll have the recently debuted "Hammond Naval Warfare," game of naval strategy designed by our founder, inventor John Hays Hammond Jr! You can be one of the first to ever play it.
Play D&D for five sessions with Game Master Erick Gordy from Quest Master's Guild: We’ll make all the characters together at session one. No need to bring your own. We will be starting at level 3, Max HP. For setting, you will have a choice. We can do whichever the majority want to do from the following (in difficulty order): Fungeons and Flagons, Settling Debt, Seven Plunders of the World, Sunset on Avalon, Rime or Reason.
Led by our spirited visionary dungeonmaster, Asa B., this game will challenge you to use every wit in your wizardly (or elfin, or trollish) bag of tricks. See you there! Join any time, just please be sure to register before you come.
