Hike one of North Andover’s lesser-known trails and learn a little tree identification along the way! Come check out the Stevens to Stevens Trail, a scenic trail connecting the Old Center Common to Weir Hill to Osgood Hill. We'll meet at the North Andover Merchant Association Fall Festival on the Common, across the street from the trail entrance on Mass Ave.

Every weekend, the farm will be filled with a number of activities and opportunities to explore the property, socialize in a safe, socially-distant manner, enjoy amazing food, and take in everything the farm has to offer while enjoying time at this very special place.

Fall is a wonderful time to enjoy a hike with family and give thanks for the resources and beauty that nature provides for wild animals and people, too. The hike is set at a leisurely pace with stops to explore for birds, mammals, insects, and other interesting creature we'll see along the way.
Celebrate the arrival of spring with a hike to Waterfowl Pond. Along the way, we'll look for ducks and red-winged blackbirds in the wetlands, listen for the call of the phoebe, and search for signs that the animals that slept away the winter are emerging and those that went south are returning.

Winter is a great time to look for predators and the evidence they leave behind. Today, we'll look at animal bones, fur, scat, tracks, and chews. Then we'll hike the sanctuary in search of hawks, foxes, fishers, river otters, and more. We'll investigate how these animals are able to hunt prey in the cold winter weather.
Can you imagine living outside through the entire winter? We'll explore the woodlands, wetlands, and field edges for nests, cavities, burrows, dens, and lodges to discover how birds, mammals, and insects find homes in this challenging season. We'll build an igloo or shelter and see how warm it can be inside.
