The Trashfinders Ball is fundraiser benefit for the Beverly Library's Book Mobil

Trashfinder's Ball is a Ball for trash pickers (selective sifters) that will raise fund for the You do not have access to view this node Book Mobile! Bring your most prized trash find to the ball for judging. There's also 'junk' food, a Trashion show and music by the Found Objects. Trashfinder's Ball is a Ball for trash pickers. Boston Ballet Story Hour at Sawyer Free

Members of the Boston Ballet School will perform a story hour at Sawyer Free Lib

Sawyer Free Library and the Boston Ballet School invite families to an interactive Cinderella Story Hour featuring members of the ballet school! Boston Ballet School, the Official School of Boston Ballet now has a in the Marblehead area of the North Shore. With four core programs designed with a progressive, age-appropriate curriculum for toddlers to senior citizens, the School provides unparalleled dance education and ballet training for over 5,000 students annually through the following programs:This performance is free for all ages.

Abbot Public Library Lego Club

Children in grades 1-6 are welcome to join our monthly Lego Club at the library. The club will meet the second Thursday afternoon each month, at 3:30 pm – 4:30 pm to build unique Lego constructions. Kids need to supply their own Lego pieces, and take them home again after each meeting.

Each month we will have a building theme, and for the February 13 meeting, it will be “animals.

Please no theme sets, but kids can mix pieces from various sets. Refreshments will be provided and registration is required.

Miss Massachusetts High School America at Sawyer Free Library

Sawyer Free Library is hosts Grace Rose Papp, Miss Massachusetts High School America, for a 'Crown that C.A.R.E.S' presentation for elementary school aged kids! Grace is a multi-talented young woman who tours the state delivering the C.A.R.E.S (Create a Respectful Environment in Schools) program's message to kids. The program teaches kids skills for dealing with bullying and harassment prevention. Grace teaches tolerance for a safe and bully-free environment at school.

Kids will learn about strange partnerships in nature like sharks andf pilot fish

This week's program will focus on strange animal partners in nature like sharks and fish, hermit crabs and anemones and even chipmunks and weasels! We’ve got great activities planned like “Who’s Your Partner?” and “Make a Mad Lib!” and our craft is a take home sea creature photo holder! We’ve got some live marine life, great videos and lots of science.

Dino-Themed Tea Party
