Get a jump start on your weekend with the Second Friday Program at the MIT Museum! Second Friday Programs are oriented for open exploration with opportunities to attend performances, demonstrations, and lectures through out the museum galleries. November's 2013's Second Friday will focus on food science. Featuring Kenji López-Alt, Chief Creative Officer of Seriouseats.com and members of Clover Food Lab.

Essex county is home to an extraordinary collection of homes, buildings and artifacts from America's First Period (1625-1725) of European settlement. Explore these architectural treasures and discover what is was like to live in Essex County during America's first century.

Various properties are open to the public on the first Saturday of each month, June - October, from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

On Saturday, May 10, join us in supporting Wenham Museum through a night of whimsy, music, and merriment inspired by the museum's spring exhibit, A Spoonful of Sugar, which commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Mary Poppins film. Dress in your very best for a supercalifragalisticexpialidocious evening of live music, dancing, a raffle, and an auction!
Ticket includes valet parking, light refreshments, and hosted beer, wine, and signature cocktails.

Every year families across New England reserve time with beloved silhouette artist Carol Lebeaux who chronicles their children's growth by cutting out profile portraits while they pose. Wenham Museum is hosting a rare opportunity to have a hand-cut heirloom portrait created by silhouette artist Carol Lebeaux from a sitting or photograph.
