Open House: Windows into the World of Waldorf

Waldorf at Moraine Farm Beverly MA Independent School. Pre-K to 8 grade.

On Saturday, October 5, Waldorf School at Moraine Farm in Beverly will host an Open House starting at 10am where visitors will experience the value of Waldorf education for themselves.

Windows Into the World of Waldorf is an excellent way for families to experience what a Waldorf education offers, how a child learns in a Waldorf environment, and how Waldorf School at Moraine Farm differentiates from all other public and private schools in the area.

A Fair to Remember Fall Festival

Care One at Essex Park Windrush Farm Fall Festival

Care One at Essex Park is hosting a fundraiser and fall festical event for school-aged children and their families. All money collect atht eh event will be donated to Windrush Farm. A local nonprofit horse farm teaching physically, emotionally, and learning disabled children and adults how to ride and work with horses.

Families will enjoy a family friendly Halloween themed event. Children will enjoy games, pumpkin decorating, face painting, raffles, prizes and more. Hot dogs, old-fashionedpopcorn, make your own spooky sundae, cider and other treats too.

North Shore Secondary School Fair at Shore Country Day School

Shore Country Day School invites parents to attend the North Shore Secondary School Fair, held on its campus, Tuesday, September 24, 2019, from 6:00-8:00 pm. Admission Directors from 90 Independent Secondary Schools will be in attendance.

This event is free, and open to the public.

Montserrat College of Art, Bridge Street Neck Neighborhood Association (BSNNA) & other City folk from Salem & Beverly are planning a fun, family-friendly evening block party as part of Montserrat’s week long Arts Festival on both sides of the Salem-Beverly Bridge. BSNNA will be lighting up the park while Montserrat lights up the bridge! Free admission!

The Bridge and Back 10k benefits the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Salem

The Bridge and Back 10k is a fundraiser for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salem .  The race starts in downtown Salem Massachusetts, crosses the bridge into Beverly Massachusetts and onward to the Dane Street Beach.   Runners then circle back to Salem for the finish on Front Street.  Sponsored by Tavern in the Square Salem

Bachelor’s Button is a full year pre-nursery program for caregiver and child 2 1/2 – 3 1/2 years of age.

We have two Bachelor’s Buttons classes that meet weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays, September through June, from 9:00 to 11:30 am. Classes follow the Waldorf School at Moraine Farm schedule.

We have two Morning Glory classes that meet weekly for 10 classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 11:15 am. Classes follow the Waldorf School at Moraine Farm schedule.
