Bowl Painting at The Open Door
The Open Door invites you to bowl painting session! Bring the kids to come paint bowls for the annual Open Door Empty Bowl Circus in May where painted bowls will be auctioned off to the highest bidder. This free session is an opportunity to express yourself artistically while helping The Open Door raise funds to aid North Shore families and individuals in need.

Sawyer Free Library invites kids to a great program that digs into their creativity! There will be lots fo great craft activities for kids to express themselves including: make your poster for the Topsfield Fair, gorw a grass head, make a dinosaur skeleton, create a jeweled turtle and more! Learn about the Folly Cove Designers' process, then get to work in the Children's Activity Center. Explore the Folly Cove Designs, create prints using stamps, foam shapes and styrofoam. Also, examine a linoleum block and tools similar to those used by the original Designers. This drop-in program is free for members and Cape Ann residents or with Museum admission. Bring your toddler to enjoy story time and looking activities in the galleries, followed by art making. Tours leave on a rolling basis starting at 10:15 am. The last tour leaves at 10:55 am. You’re invited to learn more about what goes on behind the scenes at the Addison Gallery of American Art and how exhibitions come together through demonstrations and hands-on activities.
