A Short Run for Charity. Are you in Olympic physical condition, subsisting on a carefully calibrated diet and ready to run for miles for a good cause? Yeah, neither are we. But we can help run for a good cause. Join members of the Hamilton-Wenham Rotary at The Wenham Country Club for our first annual 0.5K Mini-Marathon. (That’s 1,640 feet) Proceeds from the “race” will benefit Youth & Senior Services in Hamilton and Wenham.
Come to Flatbread Pizza - Amesbury for great wood-fired, home-made flatbread pizza and help Theater in the Open raise funds for their programs! Theater in the Open is dedicated to developing theater skills in kids and young adults for the benefit of the community. Most of their performances are free of charge and are usually performed on-site at Maudslay State Park in Newburyport by local talent. Come enjoy some pizza and help this great community resource continue its mission of developing local talent and creating social bonds through the performing arts!

This race offers both a 5K and a 10K race. The 10K distance is part of the 2018 New England Running Company Trail Series. The race course winds through the beautiful wooded hills behind the Pingree School. Race will start and parking will be at the parking lot behind the Pingree School. This is an excellent opportunity to conveniently recycle computers, TVs, air conditioners, and all other electronics. Pretty much anything with a plug!
