The Newburyport Education Foundation hosts the Summertime Family Music Festival at Spencer Peirce Little Farm. Enjoy music, vintage baseball, and farm activites featuring decades of American music.This festival celebrates everything from traditional songs to bluegrass, funk, folk, and beyond. Come for the music and stay for the whole day: Watch Vintage Base Ball played by 1861 rules. See tractors and farm equipment spanning the last eighty years. Try your hand and win prizes at corn husking.
Learn how simple machines help farmers pump water, press cider, and prepare food. Enjoy a wagon ride through brightly colored autumn fields. Make fall crafts to take home. Tour the 1690 stone and brick manor house.

The Mission of the NEF is to bring philanthropy into the Newburyport Public Schools and generate financial resources that will enhance the quality of public education. With the support of donors, the NEF has donated $1.6 million dollars to the Newburyport Public Schools since it was founded in 2004.
