Join Chef Liz Walkowicz in this lively, hands-on cooking class. Participants will learn how to utilize seasonal ingredients from our farm and other local farmers to create an exciting multi-course meal. The menu changes seasonally and each class will provide an opportunity for participants to increase their comfort in the kitchen through new knife skills, techniques and flavor profiles. There will be equal parts cooking and eating, so come hungry!
