Gloucester Education Foundation hosts the annual Power of Play Festival in Gloucester Massachusetts. A day of hands-on, low-tech play for all ages, hosted by Gloucester Education Foundation and run by a powerhouse team of community and student volunteers.
Come to this once-a-year event sponsored by the Firends of EES and meet local artists as they share their crafts with hands-on projects designed for kids. There will be opportunities to work with paint, sculpture, clay, printmaking, wood and more. Join the fun in the school cafeteria. This is a free event.
Waldorf School at Moraine Farm hosts their first ever 5K trail race through Moraine Farm! This is an exclusive opportunity to run on this private property, thanks to our Moraine Farm partners at Project Adventure. After the run enjoy a healthy picnic celebration with music, games and fun. Your registration fee includes a lunch ticket. Alternately, if you are not a runner and would like to participate in the picnic celebration, you can purchase a $10 meal ticket through the registration link below.

Waldorf School at Moraine Farm Celebrates 30 Years of Building Character. Honorary Chairman Congressman Seth Moulton and Board of Trustees cordially invite you to join in the fun for the 30th Anniversary Spring Soiree. Atendees will enjoy a night of celebration with dinner by Bonne Bouche Catering, Dessert from Pure Pastry Desserts and dancing with a ten piece Swing Band.
Sandy Bay Preschool invites the community to a family event filled with games, crafts, and raffles. Children are encouraged to wear their favorite pajamas and bring a sleeping bag for a showing of hometown favorite, Finding Nemo!
