Rebel Shakespeare is offering a 14 week Winter/Spring Shakespeare Program that will culminate in a full-length production of Shakespeare's comedy MUCH ADO ABOUT NOTHING! Students will meet every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning January 15th - through May 2nd. Weekly rehearsals in Marblehead, with a final outdoor performance on the weekend of May 4th and 5th.
Big Apple Circus' new production "The Grand Tour," according to press notes, "transports audiences to the Roaring 1920s, the advent of the modern travel ear, when the most adventuresome began to tour the world in ships, planes, trains and automobiles. The troupe sets off on their own whirlwind adventure, accompanied by the live, seven-piece Big Apple Circus Band."

Kids classes are designed to be fun and give kids a chance to try a bunch of different circus arts in one class, with a mix of balance equipment (stilts, tight wire), and manipulation (juggling, hula hoops, circus acrobatics, clowning skills, Aerial Silks & Trapeze. The Orchestra on the Hill will be performing at the annual Music for the Holiday in Ipswich, and Stephen Moore will direct the Festival Chorus. The show will also feature Briana Paquin, Saprano as she sings seasonal favorites and invites the audience to join in on a Holiday sing-along!

The workshops include basic acting techniques, theatre games, improvisation, movement, vocal and physical expression, non-verbal communication after physical expression, character study, storytelling, public speaking training, and a technical theater & stagecraft component. Full or partial scholarships are readily available!
