APL hosts 'Imajine That Presents: Science Explorers: Let it Snow!' Kids will learn about that wacky thing called snow. What is snow? What is it made out of? What happens when you bring snow inside? We'll also make a pipe cleaner snowflake craft to take home! Ages 4 to 6 years old. Registration is required.
Come on down and see what you can build with Lego! Can you make a character from your favorite book? Or a scene from it? There will be bins of Lego out to play with all morning and all ages are welcome to come in (we encourage families to build together!) Registration is not required.
Family activities, games, and crafts at the Museum to complement the town’s two-week-long celebration of “Ipswich is First . . . Period.” Suggested donation $5.
Kids Unlimited and The Adventures of Scuba Jack present Gloucester's Halloween Party, sponsored by the Gloucester City Council. The Fred Kyrouz Auditorium will be decked out with friendly ghost and goblins. There will be numerous events and activities including a dance contest, games, piñatas, a costume contest, prizes, free photos, popcorn, refreshments, goodie bags and much more.
Rockafellas Salem is having a party for the kids this Halloween season! Put on a costume and bring your kids to the fun in the Colonial Hall. There will be a DJ spinning some great music and providing entertainment, fun games, activities and costume contests! Snack and beverages will be served, and all children who attend will receive a goodie bag!
Cape Ann Animal Aid celebrates the 10th Annual Dog Day event at Stage Fort Park! You'll find doggy fun and festivities for the family, fun activities for the kids, more vendors than previous years, and some special surprises!
Come to Spencer Peirce Little Farm for the Ipswich Harvest Fest! Come enjoy live music by the Orville Giddings Band, delicious BBQ, & Vintage Base Ball with 1860's rules! As if that's not enough to be excited about, this year we are pleased to announce that the festival will be complete with all new kids activities and a bouncy house! So brings the kids (and the dog!) down to the farm for a day and fall fun!

The Newbury Town Library has teamed up with Joppa Flats Education Center to bring you a butterfly festival! It's FREE and for the whole family! Come in from the summer heat and humidity and learn all about butterflies, make crafts, play games!
