Summers are a blast at Eurostoves! Our summer kids classes run Monday through Friday (with the exception of July 4th) from 10AM-1PM. You can sign up for one or two classes, the whole week, or several weeks. Each week is a different theme and feature completely new menus for 2016. Classes are intended for kids and teens ages 8 and up. All classes are taught in our spacious, state of the art teaching kitchen and are led by professional chef-instructors. Meets at Campground Nature Center - This is a casual paced bike ride through forest trails. Great for families and also those new to trail riding. Helmets are required and you should bring water and insect repellent and sun screen. Appropriate for children over 10 years old.

Eurostoves is offering kids and teens the unique chance to learn to cook at the elbow of a professional chef in this hands-on summer series of classes. We will begin with how to use a knife safely and effectively and move on to key techniques including blanching, sauteing, searing, roasting, braising, baking, and grilling. Working safely and efficiently in the kitchen will be a continuous theme as will cooking creatively and having fun! Sign up for a day, a couple of days or for the whole week.
