Put on your winter coat and visit the Cape Ann Museum during February School Vacation Week! The Museum will be free for school-age children, 18 and under, and their guardians from Tuesday, February 20 – Thursday, February 22. On Friday, February 23 the Museum will have free admission for all visitors thanks to generous support from the Highland Street Foundation’s Winter Camp Initiative.
Come to Gloucester Unitarian Universalist Church for a fun afternoon of dancing, singing, games, live-music and family fun! All ages Welcome. Activities are appropriate for ages 5 and up. Parents are responsible for their children. All dancers must wear shoes!
It's time for backyard birds to head south for the winter. Joppa Flats Education Center want to give them a proper send-off with a fun, free family event that features bird banding demonstrations, interactive games about bird migration, and lots of table-top science including bird-call recall, bird identification, shorebird feeding challenges, and a mystery bird nest challenge!
These tours are free and open to the public, registration is recommended. Every last Saturday, enjoy a family friendly tour of the Museum’s collection. Each month visitors will explore a small selection of artworks and objects through interactive storytelling and engagement.

Families are invited to the Activity Center to participate in art, history, and cultural activities, and explore the museum using a Seek and Find. Each month has a different theme, from exhibitions to special celebrations. With September 2013's theme 'Four Winds' families are invited to the Children's Activity Center to participate in themed art, history and cultural activities that explores the Gloucester's Rocky Neck Art Colony, its artists and sculptors. This program is free and open to the public.
The Annual Tattersall Farm Day celebrates the agricultural heritage of Haverhill, MA. It's a New England-style cultural and educational event for people of all ages. Activities will include beekeeping, animal and farming demonstrations, crafts, art work, pony rides, hay rides, antique tractors and much more! Live entertainment will be provided. Food and beverages will be available.

From 10am to 12pm, families are invited to tour the galleries or take a free workshop in the Activity Center. Each month has a different theme or special guest related to the art, history and culture of Cape Ann. Reservations required for workshops and events.
Trustees of Tattersall Farm are hosting a free guinea pig petting zoo and Animal Adoption Day at the Farm, 542 North Broadway, on Sunday, June 13, from noon to 3 p.m. Sheep, bunny, minihorse, and dog rescue leagues will be included. This event will help area rescue leagues to find loving homes for their various animals. Stop by and see these adorable animals!
Join the Cape Ann Museum’s Teen Art Council at CAM Green to celebrate teen artists from the North Shore. Open to ages 13-19, the Teen Arts Night includes live music, field games, and art activities. This new event series was created by the Teens Arts Council to connect young artists from local communities and engage teens with the Cape Ann Museum.
