North Shore Children's Museum hosts the local author of Pedro the Lucky Racing Pigeon as she reads her book and teaches us about the unique world of racing pigeons.
Pedro, an adventurous and fun-loving racing pigeon, and his best friend Oscar, as they spend their day exploring coastal caves, beaches, and parks. Not wanting the fun to end, Pedro heads in a different direction... without Oscar. Pedro later questions his decision. Friendship, trust, and good decision-making are important in this heartwarming tale.
