Cedar Point Trail | Winter Wander

The Cedar Point Trail at the Crane Estate winds through varied terrain to the be

An outdoor adventure for the whole family!  An easy rambling walk that will take us along the Cedar Point Trail to Steep Hill Beach with naturalists from The Trustees of Reservations. We’ll take note of how winter has changed the landscape, and how plants and animals adapt to survive this “dormant” season. Our wander will end in the Pine Grove, where we’ll warm up with hot chocolate around a campfire.

Please note: We will be hiking for approximately 2 miles. Suggested ages 6 and older. Pre-registration required.

Note from North Shore Kid: This is a great hike that we have taken in the past. It covers a varied terrain, from road to trail to dune to intertidal zone to beach.  It's fun for the kids and makes a great adventure, plus you experience one of the most beautiful panoramic vistas on the North Shore from Cedar Point!
