Boston Red Sox Baseball Summer Camp offers children ages 5-13 of all abilities the ultimate Major League Camp Experience. Join fellow teammates for a week of top-notch baseball instruction combined with unforgettable moments such as meeting a current Red Sox player and a tour of the field at Fenway Park in a full Red Sox uniform.
Learn about the area once called the "witches' woods" while enjoying the new greenery. Beverly Commons Conservation Area is 126 acres of trails of all kinds-- soft dirt, rock slabs, bog bridge, and old carriage road. Learn about the history of the conservation area while we get our arms and legs moving on this fun hike.
Nursery Kindergarten Summer Program at Waldorf School at Moraine Farm for children age approximately 3.5 to 6, aims to provide developmentally appropriate experience for the young child.
Seasonally oriented, these sessions will provide the children with a practical immersion into the work and wisdom offered by the land.
Lead by a Waldorf-trained adult staff, the Nursery Kindergarten Summer Program will allow the child to experience the dream-like and imaginative quality of their inner social/emotional development in an artistic and joy filled way.
Each session will be a complete offering in itself, but the four will be a cohesive experience as well.
Rosebud Newborn Class in Waldorf School at Moraine Farm Parent & Child Program
Waldorf School at Moraine Farm Parent & Child Program presents Rosebud Newborn Class for parents with newborns up to age 6 months.
The class is led by experienced early childhood educators. Parents will learn lullabies and games to play with their babies.
Teachers will share observation practices to strengthen parents’ intuitive knowledge to help them better understand and care for their baby. Themes such as developmental stages, sleep, warmth, and your new role as a parent will be explored.
Waldorf School at Moraine Farm Summer Program, an Introduction to Arabic Language and Culture, will take campers on a journey into the Middle East through stories, art, music, food and language. Campers will learn how to introduce themselves, and basic everyday phrases and learn how to script their full name in Arabic. They will hear stories, learn songs, and cook Middle Eastern food throughout this week long program.
