Students will have the opportunity to learn the FUNdamentals of sewing, both by hand and with a basic sewing machine. Skills learned will include sewing straight and curved seams, adding decorative stitches and embellishments.The group will decide on their project.
Fabric and machines will be provided. If time permits, additional projects may include doll clothes, decorative fabric wreath (seasonal or to match room décor) or seasonal fabric cards. All students will get their own sewing kit to take home after session is complete. This kit may be used for future sessions to avoid the additional fee.
