Altered T-Shirts for Teens

Teens will create fashion statements with used t-shirts at NPL

Turn your boring old plain t-shirts into fun Fall fashions! Teens in grades 7-12 are welcome to stop by the Children's Activity Room for snacks and DIY t-shirt crafts. The library will provide some shirts but you're welcome to bring your own.
