Family Movie Day at CACC

Gloucester Meetinghouse Foundation hosts a fun day of film and community fun for families at Cape Ann Community Cinema! It opens with refreshments at 10:00am and runs to 4:00pm. The event features two great movies plus games, prizes, face-painting, presentations, making indoor snowmen from white socks (bring extras!) and a pizza lunch. Please note this event is free for kids (best for ages 6-12) and their parents/guardians, thanks to the generosity of our Series Sponsors.

The animation thriller 'Spider-Man, Into the Spider-Verse' starts at 11:30am and the hilarious Disney sequel 'Wreck-It Ralph 2' starts at 2:00pm. Popcorn with additional treats and refreshments available at the theater counter all day. The Cape Ann Community Cinema is located above Mystery Train at 21 Main Street.

Community partners Maritime Gloucester and Pathways for Children will participate with special presentations, displays and program information. Free-will donations to Pathways for Children to support their terrific early education programs are encouraged. At 4:00pm after the movie there will be an optional tour of the Meetinghouse. It will feature great stories about Gloucester, a sing-a-long with the pipe-organ, and ringing the Paul Revere bell.
