This winter, discover and explore Ward Reservation in Andover and North Andover as The Trustees, in partnership with the Andover Trails Committee and Friends of North Andover Trails, host a community-favorite event Ward Winter Fun Day.
Whether it’s your first visit to Ward Reservation or you are a regular, enjoy a variety of guided hikes throughout the property, as well as warm up by a roaring fire with cocoa, s'mores and hotdogs. And, if Mother Nature provides a winter wonderland, it’s the perfect place to try out those cross-country skis, snowshoes, or sleds you got for the holidays so be sure to pack the snow gear! Alternative outdoor fun will be provided should snow be sparse.
Park at the reservation entrance on Prospect Road, east of Route 125, in Andover. Follow signs to the activities. The event will take place with or without snow on the ground.
