Farmhouse Culinary Workshop: Cooking with Fire

Join Appleton Farms Culinary Programs Manager, Jess Wagoner, and learn how to cook with fire.

Join Culinary Program Manager Jess Wagoner for a unique workshop experience: Cooking with Fire. In this workshop, we will use Appleton’s outdoor wood-fired oven to create delicious dishes inspired by what is fresh off the farm. Each class will involve a hands-on experience preparing the courses of each menu, as well as demonstrations at the wood-fired oven. Join us for this field-to-hearth cooking experience at Appleton Farms. Capacity:15
