The Revolutionary War era in Essex County. Stop by and visit the Georgetown Historical Society in our tavern room at the Brockleback, Nelson, Beecher house.

Taverns were the places the news of the day was shared and ideas of a future Nation were fostered. If these walls could talk. The property also includes the last one room school house in Georgetown, as well as, a 10-footer shoe shop. Enjoy a walk through our gardens including the kitchen gardens and fruit trees.
