Breastfeeding Workshop

Set yourself up for success! Attending Rachel Simpson's class can help you achieve your nursing goals. Breastfeeding is a natural process, but it's also a learned skill that improves with knowledge and practice.

Rachel Simpson, mother of three, La Leche League Leader, Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant, MA Breastfeeding Coalition member and Board Member of the NHP Member Advisory Board. Rachel can make suggestions for best nourishion for yourself and your child before, during and after the baby phase.
