Innocenti Park

Renovated in 2008. Innocenti Park is a community-wide resource with a lit softball field. It is located adjacent to the McPherson Youth Center, which has a skate park, street hockey rink and basketball court, in addition to a small building where visitors can play pool or relax on the couches. All of the youth center’s outdoor areas are lit, making it a popular and safe hangout for children during summer evenings. Both Innocenti Park and the McPherson Youth Center overlook the upper portion of the Bass River, however, there is no public beach and no swimming in this portion of the river.
