Recycle your old electronics and help the Beverly High School Music Department

Beverly Recycles hosts an electronics recycling extravaganza on May 5th. Open to everyone! This is an excellent opportunity to conveniently recycle computers, TVs, air conditioners, and all other electronics. Pretty much anything with a plug! Reasonable rates, and many items accepted for free! Proceeds benefit Beverly High School Athletics and the Beverly Recycles Education Fund. It's been played on NPR and Disney Radio, made the "recommended listen" list by the Grammys, has been featured in LA Parent Magazine, and most importantly has made tens of thousands of children laugh, dance, and sing.

Cooking classes for children and adults

When school is closed, Taste Buds Kitchen is open! A new and unique menu is offered each week. Register for a few weeks or even a single day.

Every day kids make two to three recipes – always one savory and one sweet – while whipping up batches of fun. Younger chefs focus on the basics along with kitchen games while the older camps tackle advanced techniques and culinary challenges. Professional Culinary Instructors and Kid Experts lead the way for a camp your budding chef won’t soon forget! A TBK apron is included for each full-week camper as well as flexible drop-off from 8:30-9:00am for a small fee.

The Waldorf® School Postcard Exchange - A Worldwide Collaboration Connecting students around the world with postcards

Waldorf School at Moraine Farm in Beverly Massachusetts

The Waldorf School at Moraine Farm is participating in a worldwide postcard exchange initiative to both broaden the global perspective of students and kick-off the 100 year celebration of Waldorf® Education planned for 2019.

Throughout the current year, students in 1,100 Waldorf schools from greater than 80 countries will send a postcard to every other Waldorf school in the world. Each postcard is being individually designed by a student, telling or showing something of his or her country, school or self.

This innovative global project will connect hundreds of thousands of students to one another through individualized and artistically designed postcards, which will then be displayed by each school.

Our school is proud to be a part of this million-fold Waldorf greeting from around the globe!
