This new yoga class at Manchester Athletic Club is designed to support Mother and Baby during pregnancy and to prepare for childbirth. Conducted in a calm and peaceful environment, you will gently stretch, strengthen and release tension from the body through yoga poses and breathing techniques.
Yoga can help to alleviate many discomforts of pregnancy including nausea, constipation, swelling, back pain and sciatica. This class will also help to increase energy and allow you to relax completely!
