NEW for Toddlers! The Boston Ballet School is now offering the Hand in Hand program at the Marblehead location. The Hand in Hand is a program designed for young children to learn the beautiful art of dancing. With the help and active presence in class of one parent or caregiver, children will be guided in a playful way to dance, move, jump and run with harmony and grace.
All activities are age-appropriate and will improve children's large motor skills, coordination and balance as they discover and explore the world. Hand in Hand creates a unique bond through the art of dancing between parent and child. The program includes special activities where children wear costumes, provided by Boston Ballet School. The class will use an assortment of ballet music as well as children’s songs to create a magical atmosphere and engage the children's attention and imagination.

Boston Ballet School’s Children’s Program offers an age appropriate progressive curriculum designed to introduce children ages 15 months -7 years to the joy of dance. The Children’s classes take place in a fun, and safe environment and in state-of-the-art facilities. This enriching program supports the development and improvement of motor skills, coordination, attention and listening skills through creative exploration and expression.
Boston Ballet School has a convenient North Shore location offering a wide range of dance programs for ages 2 through adult at our state-of-the-art facility Marblehead (other locations in Boston and Newton).
