North Shore Montessori School

North Shore Montessori School for kids in preschool through Grade 6 in Rowley Massachusetts

Are you looking for the perfect school to nurture your child's early development? Look no further than North Shore Montessori School. Serving children ages 2.8 through 12 years old, North Shore Montessori offers a comprehensive and enriching learning environment focused on guiding each student to reach their full potential.

At North Shore Montessori, each child receives individualized attention, allowing them to progress at their own pace and explore their interests. Our dedicated educators, all Montessori trained, create a nurturing environment where respect for oneself, others, and the world is a core value. Certified by the American Montessori Society and Montessori Schools of Massachusetts, our school blends real-world experiences with elementary academics, preparing students to become confident, lifelong learners who are well-rounded and ready to excel in any environment.

Our Children's House program encourages preschoolers and kindergartners to explore, discover, collaborate with classmates, and take ownership of their education. The Montessori Method promotes self-directed learning, fostering self-confidence, independence, and critical thinking while supporting social-emotional and intellectual growth. In the elementary years (ages 6-12), our individually paced curriculum challenges children academically and safeguards their well-being and sense of self.

We nurture the whole child through an outdoor garden environment project, music, art, movement, time in nature, trips off campus, and weekly Spanish classes. Our beautiful school building, located in a quiet residential area, is filled with natural light and situated on two acres of land, providing ample space for exploration and growth.

For more information on the Montessori curriculum and how it can benefit your child, visit North Shore Montessori School's website. You will find comprehensive details about our educational approach, the principles of Montessori education, and insights into our programs for preschool through sixth grade.
