It’s Spring! by Linda Glaser is the spring break StoryWalk® at Maudslay State Park. What a great way to combine reading, exercise, and family fun! It's Spring! celebrates the coming of spring and all that happens in our natural world during this important season. A child observes the arrival of spring and its effects on plants and animals. Foster your child's connection with nature as well as their reading skills by participating in our StoryWalk(R) at Maudslay! The walk begins at Hedge Drive just down from the headquarters building at 74 Curzon Mill Rd.
Spring is finally upon us! Learn about what happens in the spring and explore all the changes taking place in the park with the interpreter guiding this experience of discovery. We will walk around 1.5 miles. Trails can be muddy.
The ultimate summer adventure meets spring break! Join us during school break for a special half-day drop-off program for children ages 7-14, full of outdoor adventure, environmental science, team-building, and crafts! Campers should come with a water bottle, outdoor clothes, a packed lunch and a spirit of adventure!
