As the holiday season rapidly approaches, North Atlantic Ballet welcomes back their annual telling of The Nutcracker. Artistic Director Lucy Warren-Whitman consistently brings the stage to life with her contemporary twist on Clara’s journey to The Land Of Sweets. Audiences delight each year in new choreography, guest appearances, creative costumes, and of course our local children’s cast dancing alongside NAB’s seasoned company dancers.

Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys “SHINE” Holiday Musical Celebration!  Join Boston’s beloved, Parents’ Choice Award-winning kids’ band, Vanessa Trien and the Jumping Monkeys for a fun-filled, sparkling celebration of winter and the holiday season! Get ready to SHINE as you sing, dance, play, tickle, jump, spin, imagine, and create an indoor, musical winter wonderland with Vanessa and her stellar band. Pack a picnic, and join the fun at Back Beach in Rockport for the 'Music at the Beach' Concert Series.  These community events are open to all and take place at the bandstand on Back Beach.

Amesbury's own Ryan Fitzsimmons will play americana-rock originals and covers. He has toured all over New England and beyond, appearing at venues such as the Newport Folk Festival & Club Passim, winning the awards "Best Male Vocalist" and "Favorite Local Rock Band" along the way. His songs that are “as authentic and emotion driven as they come” (thanks Redline Roots). Kara Kulpa will join him on fiddle and mandolin.
